A honey glazed pork tenderloin is a dish that is made by coating a pork tenderloin in a honey glaze. The honey glaze is made by combining honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. The pork tenderloin is then baked in the oven until it is cooked through.

 1 1/4 pounds whole pork tenderloin
 ½ cup soy sauce
 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 ¼ cup honey
 2 tablespoons brown sugar
 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
 Fresh herbs, for garnish, optional
 Green pepper, sliced, for garnish, optional

1. Trim excess fat from pork. Tie it to make it even in shape. Place into heavy plastic bag.

2. Mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Add to the bag. Coat pork well. Close bag. Marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight if refrigerated.

3. Remove pork from marinade. Pat dry.

4. Combine honey and brown sugar. Brush mixture over the pork. Coat with sesame seeds.

5.Place on roasting rack in shallow pan.

6. Roast at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.

7. Remove to serving platter. Slice thinly to serve.
