A honeyed chicken recipe is a dish in which chicken is cooked with honey. This dish can be served as a main course or as a side dish.
1 lb Chicken, cut up
⅓ c Peanut oil
½ Lemon
¼ c Honey
2 ts Ginger, ground
1 Salt, pinch

Rub the chicken pieces with lemon.

Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ginger andsalt.

Combine oil, honey, and the remaining ginger.

Brush chicken with honey mixture.

Roast in oven (350 deg) 1 1/2 to 2hours, basting occasionally with the honey mixture.
