The ideal party food is this Cheesy Hot Crab Dip! Cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and a few drops of hot sauce baked with crab meat.

6 oz. can crabmeat

6 English muffins

1 stick margarine

6 oz. Cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

dash of garlic powder

Mix together all ingredients and spread on English muffin halves

Cut into quarters

Bake in preheated oven at 350

Yields 48 triangles
