REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL TO ROOMTEMP.

COMBINE EGGS, VANILLA, SALT AND SUGAR IN A BOWL MIX AT MEDIUM SPEEDFOR 2 MINUTES.

ADD EGG MIX AND MIX FOR ONE MINUTE MORE.
