Korean beef is a dish that is typically made with thinly sliced beef that is marinated in a sweet and savory sauce. The beef is then cooked in a pan until it is browned and slightly charred.

 1 ea flank steak (tenderize twice
  c flour
  c soy sauce
 3 ea green onions, finely chopped
  c sugar
 2 ea eggs
 ¼ ts grated ginger
 1 ea vegetable oil
 1 ds salt, pepper, garlic

Slice meat diagonally into 3 or 4 pieces.

Combine soy sauce, sugar,ginger, salt, pepper and garlic.

Marinate steak pieces in this for atleast 20 minutes.

Pat both sides of each piece in flour.

Add onions tobeaten eggs and dip floured meat pieces into this mixture.

Fry in about 11/2 inches of vegetable oil.

Slice diagonally into 1/2-inch strips andtop with chopped green onions if desired.

May be served hot immediatelyor refrigerated and served cold later.
