:Flank steak is a cut of beef that is taken from the lower abdominal area of the cow. This particular cut is leaner than other cuts of beef, and has a lot of flavor. When cooked properly, it can be very tender.To make a marinated flank steak, you will need:1 flank steak1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepperIn a large resealable bag, combine all of the ingredients. Add the flank steak to the bag, and seal it. Marinate the steak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.When you are ready to cook the steak, preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the steak for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until it is cooked to your liking. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice the steak against the grain, and serve.
