Mock Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Mock hollandaise sauce is a sauce made from a combination of egg yolks, lemon juice, and butter. It is used as a topping for vegetables, fish, and meats.

 ¼ c Grated low-fat cheese
 4 ts Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Mix cornstarch with a little broth to a smooth paste.
