No Guilt Brownies are a guilt-free alternative to traditional brownies that are high in calories and fat. These brownies are made with healthy ingredients such as whole wheat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and almond milk, and are sweetened with honey or agave nectar. They are also lower in calories and fat than traditional brownies, making them a healthier option for those looking for a sweet treat.

 3 oz Baking chocolate
 3 Eggs
 1 c Sugar
 1 ts Vanilla
 ¾ c Flour
 ¼ ts Salt
 ¾ c Low-fat cottage cheese
 sugar

Heat oven to 350 deg f.

Over very low heat, melt chocolate, cool slightly.

In a food processor, puree cheese and all other ingredients, exceptchocolate and powdered sugar until smooth.

Add melted chocolate and blendwell.

Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square pan.

Bake for 20 minutes oruntil just set.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 16 squares (cutpan four ways).
