1 cup Nora Mill grits4 cups water1 teaspoon salt1/4 cup butterBring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add salt and butter, stirring until melted. Add Nora Mill grits, reduce heat to low, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until grits are tender and creamy. Serve hot.

Put salt in water and bring to boil. Slowly stir in grits and return to boiling point. Reduce to low heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Top with a pat of butter and a little milk if desired.
