Ingredients:1 can (12 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted2 liters 7-Up, divided1 quart vanilla ice creamDirections:In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate and 1 liter 7-Up. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Repeat with remaining 7-Up. Add ice cream to bowl; stir until combined. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH.
STIR FREQUENTLY WHILE FREEZING.
