 2 ea Stalks Celery
  ts Ground Ginger
 11 oz Mandarin Orange Sections

Slice of Ham should be cut into 3/4-inch chunks.

Celery should be cut into 1/2-inch chunks on a slant cut (bias)Mandarin Oranges should contain pineapple also.

If they do not,you may add your own pineapple or leave it out.

~In a 1 1/2-quart casserole micro-cook ham, celery, 1 T water, covered, on100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or till heated through.

Drain orangesections with pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup liquid.

In a 1-cup measurestir together cornstarch and cinnamon.

Stir into reserved liquid.

Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or tillthickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.
