There are many different ways to make Oriental pea pods and carrots. One popular recipe is to saute the vegetables in a wok or large frying pan with a little oil. Then, they are stir-fried with a variety of seasonings, such as soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper flakes.

Medium Carrot should be thinly sliced on a diagonal cut (bias).
