?Osteiskake is a traditional Norwegian recipe for a rich, egg-based cake that is often served at Easter.  200 g Filadelifiaost
 3 eggeplommer
 2 dl sukker
 3 dl kremfløyte
 1 ts vaniljesukker

Smør ei 24-26 cm stor paiform. Knus 5-6 digistivekjeks og ha i botnen på forma. Pisk saman ost, eggeplommer og sukker. Lag til krem. Dette skal rørast forsiktig saman til slutt. Hell røra forsiktigt over kjeksa. Knus 3-4 kjeks for strø på toppen. Sett den i frysen i 8-10 timer. KJEMPEGOD!!!!!!!
