Our granola recipe is a blend of oats, almonds, cashews, pecans, and dried fruit. The oats are toasted to give them a nice flavor and the nuts and fruit are roasted to give them a nice crunch.

Most commercial granolas are high-fat items-this one is low fat and verytasty.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan heat honey,oil,water andvanilla until blended.
In a large bowl combine cereals, nuts and powderedmilk.
Pour liquid ingredients over dry and mix well.
Spread mixture on twojelly-roll pans.
Bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove fromoven, add raisens.
Let cool until crisp before storing in airtightcontainer.
Makes about 10 cups.
