Oven baked chicken is a recipe where chicken is cooked in an oven. The chicken is usually baked in a preheated oven at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This recipe is usually made with chicken breasts, but other chicken parts can be used as well.
Preheat oven to 375F.
In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt, thyme,rosemary and marjoram.
In shallow dish place cereal.
Dip chicken inbutter mixture; roll in cereal to coat.
Place on rack in shallow bakingpan.
Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
