 1 1/2 lb Veal steak
 4 ea Sl Bacon, finely chopped
 2 tb Onion, chopped
 1 ts Paprika, hungarian
 1 c Sour cream
 ½ c Tomato sauce
 1 x Salt

Fry the bacon until done, then add the veal, which has been cut intoportions and brown in the hot bacon fat.

Add the onion and brown.

Thenseason well with the paprika and salt.

Stir in the sour cream and tomatosauce.

Cover the pan and cook about 20 minutes.

Serve cutlets covered withthe sauce.
