A classic pecan pie is made with a rich, sweet filling of pecans, sugar, corn syrup, and eggs, all nestled in a flaky pie crust.
Beat eggs.
Stir in honey, maple syrup, molasses, salt, vanilla andbutter.
Place pecans in 9-inch unbaked pie shell in layers, and sprinklenutmeg on top.
Pour liquid mixture over nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for30-45 minutes.
Nuts will rise to top and form crusty layer.
