 3 1/4 c Flour
 ½ ts Sugar
 1 ts Salt
 1 c Luke warm water
 1 tb Olive oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Combine 2 3/4 cups flour and the salt.

Stiryeast mixture and oil into flour mix until a dough forms.

On a lightlyfloured board, knead dough about 10 minutes, working in up to 1/2 cup moreflour, until dough is no longer sticky.

Put dough in a well oiled bowl,cover and let rise for about 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
