Prawns in a "bird's-nest" is a recipe that typically features prawns (shrimp) that are stir-fried and served in a nest made out of deep-fried vermicelli noodles. The dish is often garnished with green onions and served with a sweet and sour sauce.

Cut the potatoes into strips and soak in salt water, remove and mix with dry cornstarch and flour.
