 2 c turkey, cooked and diced
 ½ c celery, sliced
 1 1/2 c brown rice, cooked
 1 ea green pepper, chopped
 1 c garbanzo beans, cooked
 ½ c plain green olives, sliced
 1 c red adzuki beans (or kidney
 ¼ c green onion, sliced
 2 ea apples, cored and chopped
 ¼ c parsley, diced

Combine all ingredients and toss together.
