Sadie’S Shrimp Salad Recipe

Ingredients:1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced red onion1/4 cup diced dill pickle1/4 cup diced fresh parsley1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream1 tablespoon prepared mustard1 tablespoon horseradish1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt and pepper to tasteInstructions:1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.2. Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.3. Serve on a bed of lettuce or on your favorite bread or crackers.
