Salsa de Chile Chipotle is a traditional Mexican salsa made with roasted chili peppers, tomatoes, and onions. It is typically served as a condiment or side dish.
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped.
Canned chipotle to taste, chopped.
Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown.
Add the rest and cookgently 15 minutes.
Makes 2 cups.
