Salsa de Chile Pasilla is a delicious Mexican salsa made with Pasilla chiles, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. This salsa is perfect for dipping or as a condiment for your favorite Mexican dishes.
Soak pasillas in warm water to barely cover for 30 mins.
Puree chile andwater.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Heat oil in skillet and cook puree 5minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool, then stir in olive oil and vinegar.
Serve cold.
