 1 ts Dried oregano
 1 ea Medium onion, diced
 ¼ ts Cummin
 2 ea Cloves of garlic, crushed
 ¼ ts Salt
 2 ea Medium tomatoes, seed, chop
 ¼ ts Black pepper
 2 ea Jalopenos, seeded, chopped

In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalopenos, garlic,tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.

Stir to mix well.

Cover withwax paper.

Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes.

Stir after 2minutes.
