Salsa Roja Rlas Fuentess Recipe is a traditional Mexican salsa that is made with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chili peppers.

Chiles serranos, peeled and seeded.
Blend in food processor or blender: 1medium onion, chopped, 6 chiles serranos, peeled and seeded, 6 clovesgarlic.
Fry the mixture in butter for about 5 minutes.
Blend in: 3 largetomatoes, 1 TBS vinegar, 1 TBS honey, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp cumin,1/4 tsp salt, 1pinch black pepper.
