Salatet Hummus – Chickpea Salad Recipe

Crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, creamy avocado, feta cheese, and chickpeas or garbanzo beans are all included in a chickpea salad. Fresh, wholesome, and loaded with protein!

 100 g Chickpeas (canned)
 ¼ Onions (small)
 ¼ Garlic cloves
 ½ tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  tsp Salt
  tsp Cumin (powder)
 ½ tbsp Olive oil
 ¼ tbsp Lemon juice

Boil the chickpeas in water with a sprinkle of salt for 10 minutes on medium heat, uncovered. Drain and put them in a serving bowl to cool.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the chickpeas and mix.
