INGREDIENTS

 5 ½ cup Rocca (leaves, 'Jarjeer' in Arabic)
 ¼ Onions (medium)
 1 Walnuts (raw, halved)
 ½ tbsp Sumac
 ½ tbsp Pomegranate seeds ('Rumman' in Arabic)
FOR THE DRESSING
 ¼ tbsp Olive oil
 ¼ tbsp Lemon juice
  tsp Salt
 Black pepper (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together the sumac with the sliced onions.

To make the dressing, mix the olive oil, lemon, salt and some black pepper to taste.

Place the rocca leaves in a serving bowl, followed by the onions with the sumac, chopped walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining sumac, mix with the dressing and serve immediately.
