This recipe is for a sausage and pepper quesadilla. It is a quick and easy meal that can be made in under 30 minutes. The quesadillas are filled with sausage, peppers, and cheese, and then grilled until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.

In skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, breaking up with wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Stir in green pepper; cook for 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Stir in pasta sauce.
Place tortillas on work surface. Spoon filling on half of each tortilla. Sprinkle filling with cheese; fold tortilla over top.
Bake on baking sheet in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes per side OR cook in skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes per side OR grill over medium heat for 4 minutes per side or until golden and cheese is melted
