4 ea red potatoes, cut in 1/2 cubes4 ea Italian-style sausages, cut into 1/4 slices1 ea onion, diced1 ea bell pepper, cut into lengths1 ea red pepper, cut into lengthsIn sauce pan, cover potatoes and sausage with water; simmer, covered,until sausage is fully cooked, about 20 minutes.
Drain off water; addvegetables to potatoes and sausage in fry pan.
Simmer 10 minutes,stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately.
