Ingredients:1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper1/2 cup chopped ham1/2 cup shredded cheese6 eggs1/4 cup milkSalt and pepper to tasteInstructions:1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and ham. Cook, stirring, until the vegetables are soft and the ham is cooked through, about 5 minutes.2. Cook, lifting edges to allow uncooked ortion torun underneath.

When almost set, spoon desired filling onto half the egg.
