Ingredients:1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper1/2 cup chopped ham1/2 cup shredded cheese6 eggs1/4 cup milkSalt and pepper to tasteInstructions:1. Cook, lifting edges to allow uncooked ortion torun underneath.
