?There are many different types of dumplings, but seafood dumplings are a type of dumpling that is typically filled with seafood. The fillings can vary depending on the region, but they often include shrimp, crab, and/or fish. The dumplings are then boiled or steamed and are often served with a dipping sauce.

 ¼ lb. scallops or firm white fish
 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 2 green onions, chopped
 12 or so wonton wrappers

Put all ingredients except wrappers in food processor or blender and process until just blended. Put about a teaspoon filling inside each wonton. Wet hands and seal each wonton. Place in a oiled steamer basket (to prevent sticking) and steam about 3 minutes or until heated.
