Seven-ingredient fried rice is a quick and easy recipe that can be made with just a few simple ingredients. The rice is fried in oil until it is crispy and then mixed with a variety of vegetables, meats, and spices. This dish is typically served with a dipping sauce or as a side dish.

 3 tb low-sodium soy sauce
 1 tb ketchup
 2 tb water
 1 ts sugar
 2 tb rice vinegar
 1 ea clove garlic, crushed
 1 tb oyster sauce

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a 2-cup mixing bowl.

Add the rice all at once, stirring quickly to mix all ingredients.
