There are many different recipes for sour cream coffee cake, but they all typically include some combination of flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and sour cream. Some recipes also include baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
TOPPING:1/2 cfine graham cracker crumbs1/4 ts nutmeg1/2 cnuts1 cwhole pecans Cream together butter, honey, molasses, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla.
Add the flour a little at a time, mixing well.
Add baking powder,sour cream and cream; blend well.
Pour half of batter into oiled 9 x7-inch baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients.
Sprinkle half thetopping over the batter.
Spoon on rest of batter.
Sprinkle remainingtopping over top of cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
