Sour Cream Rolls Recipe

Sour cream rolls are a type of pastry that is made with sour cream, flour, sugar, and eggs. They are often served as a dessert or snack, and can be found in many different flavors.

 ¼ c warm water, at 100 deg f.
 1 ea egg
 1 tb yeast
 1 c sour cream
 ¼ c butter
 3 c whole wheat pastry flour
 3 tb maple syrup

Combine water and yeast; let stand 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, beattogether remaining ingredients.

Stir in yeast mixture; form intoball.

Lightly oil bowl, and put dough in it.

Roll dough over so topis also oiled.

Cover with towel and let rise 1 hour.

Place dough onlightly floured board and roll to 1/2 thick.

Cut and shape.

Bake at350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 24 rolls .
