Sourdough Banana Bread Recipe

RatingDifficultyIntermediate

A sourdough banana bread recipe is a recipe that uses sourdough starter instead of yeast to leaven the bread. The starter is made from flour, water, and a bit of sugar, and it is allowed to ferment for a period of time. This fermentation process creates lactic acid, which gives sourdough bread its characteristic sour flavor. The starter can be used to make many different types of bread, including banana bread.
