Sourdough Pancakes #3 Recipe

1 cup sourdough starter1 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 egg1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 cup milkIn a large bowl, whisk together the sourdough starter, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Grease with butter or cooking spray. Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup.
