Spinach Cheese Squares are the perfect finger food for parties because they are SO easy to make, use simple ingredients, and are bursting with flavor!
INGREDIENTS
¼ olive oil
½ chopped onion
2 eggs
16 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
13 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
½ minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed or 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
freshly grated nutmeg
salt and black pepper
17 pkg. frozen phyllo dough, thawed
2 margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 375

Heat oil over medium-high heat in small skillet

Add onion

Cook and stir until translucent

Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in onion, Feta cheese, spinach, parsley and oregano

Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper
