Spinach Parmesan Appetizer Pie Recipe

Try this quick and easy spinach pie that anyone can make at home in a matter of minutes. Everyone can enjoy delicious spinach pies.

 4 green onions, snipped
 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
 ¼ lb. mushrooms, chopped
 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
 1 clove garlic, minced
 ¼ tsp. tarragon
 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
 4 eggs
 ½ milk
 1 tsp. salt
 ¼ tsp. pepper
 ½ Parmesan cheese, shredded

Stir in spinach, garlic, tarragon and parsley

Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until liquid evaporates

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper; add cheese

Combine with saut
