 5 tb MORTON TENDER QUICK SALT
 1 ts HICKORY SMOKE SALT
 1 tb MUSTARD SEED
 1 tb GROUND BLACK PEPPER

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

WORK BATCH FOR 30 MINUTES EACH DAY FOR THREEDAYS.

ON THE 4th DAY MAKE BATCH INTO 5 ROLLS AND BAKE AT 150 - 200 DEG.
