PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG F.

IN A LARGE OVEN PROOF SKILLET, BROWN CHOPS INOIL.

REMOVE CHOPS AND POUR OFF FAT.

IN THE SAME SKILLET, ADD LEMON JUICE,CORNSTARCH, COMBINING WELL.
