Sweetened condensed milk is a type of milk that has had the water removed from it and is then combined with sugar. It is often used in baking and is a key ingredient in many desserts.

⅓ c Boiling water
⅔ c Sugar
3 tb Margarine

Combine dry milk, sugar, water and margarine in a blender and processuntil smooth.
