Swiss And Ham Appetizers Recipe

Since we farm 2,000 acres and raise a few thousand chickens, I'm frequently too busy in the summer to do much cooking. On the other hand, these appetizers are quick and simple, making them ideal for hot days when you want to eat light.

INGREDIENTS

 2 very stiff mashed potatoes
 2 finely chopped cooked ham
 1 (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  mayonnaise
 ¼ minced onion
 1 egg, well beaten
 1 tsp. prepared mustard
 ½ tsp. salt
 ¼ tsp. pepper
 3 ½ cornflakes, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients, except cornflakes

Chill

Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in corn flakes

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350

Serve hot
