A favorite is this quick and mouthwatering recipe for baked fish with tahini sauce. It is an adaptation of a traditional North African-Middle Eastern dish.
INGREDIENTS
⅛ cup Parsley (chopped)
¼ Tomatoes (small)
½ Garlic cloves
⅛ tsp Salt
Black pepper (to taste)
⅛ tsp Cumin (powder)
⅛ cup Sesame seed paste ('Tahini' in Arabic)
½ tbsp Lemon juice
¾ tbsp Water
FOR GARNISH
Cumin (powder)
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together the tahini and the water - keep stirring until it becomes a thick paste.

Add the lemon and mix. If the sauce is too thick, slowly add more water.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
