This recipe is for a savory pot pie made with turkey, carrots, potatoes, and peas in a creamy sauce. The pie crust is made from scratch, but you could also use a store-bought crust to save time.
Heat oven to 375 deg f.
Mix dressing, flour, bouillon and pepper in asmall saucepan.
Gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring frequently, over mediumlow heat until thickened.
Add vegetables and poultry.
Cook, stirring,until thoroughly heated.
Spoon into 8 square pan.
Unroll cresent rollsand press perforations together to seal.
Place rectangles side by side toform a square.
Press edges together to form a seam.
Cut dough into 1strips.
Arrange in lattice over casserole.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes oruntil golden brown.
