Tortilla Roll Up Appetizer Recipe

These Mexican Tortilla Rollups are a simple appetizer to serve to a large group of people. In a roll, place in the fridge, cut, and serve with salsa!

10 pkg. cream cheese

1 oz. black olives, sliced

1 oz. green chiles

1 pkg. ranch dip mix

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 cheddar cheese, grated

1 pepper jack cheese, grated

1 pkg. burrito tortillas

Mix ingredients together and spread on tortillas

Roll up and chill in refrigerator

Slice when ready to serve
