Upside Down Peach Pie is a recipe that is made with peaches, sugar, flour, and butter. The peaches are placed in the bottom of the pie dish and then the sugar, flour, and butter are mixed together and placed on top of the peaches. The pie is then baked until the topping is golden brown.

 1 c Flour
 ¼ ts Salt
 1 c Sugar
 1 ts Vanilla
 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
 2 cn Sliced peaches

Mix together and pour into baking dish.

Drain peaches and save juice.

Putpeaches on top of pie crust mix.

Measure peach juice and add enough waterto make 3 cups.

Add 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Heat and pourover fruit and bake at 350 .
