 1 c Sugar
 5 tb Vinegar
 2 tb Unbleached Flour
 2 1/2 tb Butter
 1 c Cold Water
 4 ea Large Eggs, Beaten

Combine sugar and flour.

Add the rest of the ingredients and place in asaucepan.

Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.

Bake in a375 degrees F.
