White sauce is a creamy sauce made with milk and flour. It is used as a base for many other sauces and can be flavored with herbs, spices, and cheese.

2 tb Butter
½ ts Salt
2 tb Flour
¼ ts Pepper

In a bowl wisk flour, salt, pepper and milk.

Put mixture in the topof a double boiler.
