Whole wheat tortillas are a type of tortilla made with whole wheat flour. They are typically softer and more pliable than other types of tortillas, making them ideal for wraps and burritos.

 1 1/2 c White flour
 1 c Water
 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour

Stir together flours and water.

Dro ontoa very hot ungreased griddle.

Cook until freckled on one side.
